The cousins have returned home to Sweden and it is back to the routine here.  It was a wonderful and inspiring week.  It is always great to look at your city through the eyes of guests who have not seen it before.

A fun and exciting week is ahead. My Swedish cousins are coming to visit.  Lots of touring, but not much blogging.  I will catch up with more quilting and photos after the visit.

Today I went to the annual Macy's Flower Show. The theme was the Secret Garden.  The colors and scent of the flowers was extremely pleasant.  It was a great time as I went with two wonderful friends. We topped off the afternoon with lunch and a piece of Frango Mint Pie.

I took one photograph that would be fun to make into a small wall hanging.  The door and key to the Secret Garden.

The quilt for my new great niece, ready to be sent out for quilting. Those dark squares are an Aunt Grace dark lavender.  But they photographed darker.
